Step 1: One-on-One Consultation
The custom jewelry project kicks off with a personalized consultation where we’ll sit down with you to discuss your ideas, inspiration, and the sentiment behind your desired piece.

Whether it’s a meaningful symbol, a design passed down through generations, or a completely new concept, this session is all about building out and pinpointing your vision.

We want to understand your style preferences, metal choices, gemstones, and any other details that will help us bring your dream to life.

Step 2: Sketches and CAD
Designs Once we’ve gathered all the details, we then get to work on initial sketches and CAD (computer-aided design) models.

These visual representations will help you understand how your piece looks before it’s even crafted.

To finalize the design, we’ll collaborate with you during this phase. We’ll make any adjustments or changes needed to ensure every detail is just right. It’s all about iteration to perfection here.

Step 3: In-House Craftsmanship
Once we have an approval of your design, the crafting then begins.

Our goldsmiths specialize in creating custom pieces from scratch, so you can be sure your creation will be crafted with precision and care.

Since all projects are custom, it’s pretty difficult to give an estimation of lead times. Finalization of the design, sourcing materials, and shop scheduling are all factors that can influence the project’s timeline.

Like with lead times, it’s difficult to estimate the cost of a custom project without a consultation. That said, the cost for a custom piece can range from something that’s more affordable, to something that exudes luxury and elegance. The sky’s the limit as to what we can create.
